We are proud to introduce Brightline Services as our official maintenance provider!
In an effort to be more sustainable, we ask that you please submit all future maintenance requests online. Please visit the Tenant Web Portal to make a request, and Brightline will send a technician during regular business hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for standard maintenance requests to be addressed.
If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, please call 866-940-4697 and select option 2.
Examples of maintenance emergencies include: fire, flood, locked out, gas leak, water leak, critters/pests, power outage, toilet clogged, broken window, stuck in elevator, no heat, parking spot taken
*Call the Fire Department for any fire or elevator emergencies
*Call DTE Energy for major gas leaks and whole building power outages.
- Step 1: Log in to your online portal
- Step 2: Click the ‘Maintenance Request’ tab at the top of the page
- Step 3: Click “Add Maintenance Request”
- Step 4: Type in the subject and description. Add attachments if necessary.
* If you have a pet please make a note in the description after your request.
* If you would like to schedule a specific time for maintenance to conduct the work, please add your availability after your request.
